Anthony Wade Whitehead

Anthony Wade Whitehead, 47, of Shelbyville, passed away on September 16, 2022. Wade was born on March 26, 1975 in Anderson, Indiana to Ralph Whitehead and Elizabeth Dixon. He worked at NTN Corporation as a Fabricator. Wade loved to play pool and was the Team Captain for the APA Pool League. He loved being outdoors, fishing, and listening to music. He was an extremely hard-worker and would drop anything to help those in need. Wade loved his dogs and anything to do with horror. Most importantly, he loved his family.

Wade will be dearly missed by his parents, Elizabeth Dixon and Ralph (Linda) Whitehead; children, Ethan and Olivia Whitehead; his love, Coleen McKinley; cousin, Sean Dixon; close friends, Nick Rennier, Chris Ruch, and Andy Harry; and his many, many cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Ellie Whitehead and Pete and Dorothy Dixon.

The visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory, 515 E. 53rd Street, Anderson, 46013. The funeral ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral ceremony. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wade’s name may be gifted to the Hopewell Center.
