Faith Dodson

Cecilia “Faith” Dodson, 74, of Danville, passed away on March 30, 2014. She was born on February 29, 1940 to the late Cecil and Illo Venis. She was a graduate of Marion College and worked as a Registered Nurse at Hendricks Regional Hospital. She enjoyed painting, gardening and her family. Faith married David R Dodson on September 27, 1958. He preceded her in death. Survivors include sons; David E Dodson (Lisa), Donald Dodson (Kris) and Mark Dodson (Tina), brothers, Danny “Bo” Venis and Wally Venis, sisters, Linda Summers, Nancy Milburn and Joyce Bougher, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather Tuesday, April 1, 2014, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Porter Funeral Home, North Salem. Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 2 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeanne Winter officiating. Faith will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery, North Salem.
