Fred Edward Beck, 82, North Salem, went home to his Lord on October 10, 2012. He was born January 3, 1930 to the late Waitemon and Georgia (Russell) Beck in Bulls Gap, TN. After moving to Indiana, he met and married the love of his life, M. Maxine Nicely, who preceded him in death on August 14, 2010. He retired from Beam Construction in Jamestown and continued to do carpentry jobs for several years. Fred is survived by his son, Marvin (Annette) Beck of Speedway, daughters, Brenda (John) Luther of Indianapolis, Wanda (Doug) Elliott of Brownsburg, Dawn (Mike) Beck of Danville, Grandchildren, John (Maria), Jeremiah, Michelle, Chris (Paula), Brandy (James), Angela (Jeremy), Stephanie (Ron), Erin (Therron), Brandon and Danielle, great-grandchildren, Sean, Matthew, Donovan, Dillon, Hayla, Emily, Grace, Ever and Mary, brother, Glen (Unave) Beck of Clayton, sister Relda Davis of Rogersville, TN, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Viewing will be at Mount Olivet Baptist Church on Friday, October 12, 2012 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Funeral services immediately following at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Wally Beam officiating.
