Kathy Donica-Schutte, 55, of Fishers, Indiana passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at I.U. Health University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a loving mother, daughter, Grammy, aunt, and friend to many. She was born November 23, 1963 in Seymour, Indiana to E. Loren and Sue (Zickler) Donica. Kathy was a 1981 graduate of Bloomington, Indiana North High School and Indiana University receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Education. She started working at International Medical Group, (IMG), and had been with them for 25 years serving as Senior Vice President. Kathy enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and cheering on the Hoosiers.Kathy was preceded in death by her father, E. Loren Donica; and daughter, Heather Kay Schutte.She is survived by her daughter, Melissa (husband, Seth) Enyart; four grandchildren Sawyer, Bryce, Makayla, and Addisyn Enyart; life partner, Bruce Bishop; mother, Sue (husband, Robert) Taylor; step mother, Victoria Rogers; sisters, Kelly (husband, Harry) Spony; and Kim (husband, David Alexander) Donica; one niece, Elizabeth A. Swindlehurst; three nephews, Jordan Donica, Ben Alexander, and Sam Alexander; great nephew, Zachary Swindlehurst; great niece, Zoe Paris; three step brothers, Scott (wife, Tricia) Taylor, David (wife, Charlotte) Taylor, and Jerry (wife, Peggy) Taylor; eleven step nieces and nephews. Services to celebrate the life of Kathy will be held from 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Geist Christian Church, 12756 Promise Road, Fishers, Indiana 46038. I would like to send my sympathy to Kathy's family. I was sad to hear of her loss. Although she was a year younger, I was in the same classroom as her at Arlington Heights elementary (And I also shared a classroom with her older sister Kelly. Both times it was Mrs. Diana). Sometimes I would see her as a when I delivered papers to her house on Winding Way. Later, as Kelly and I worked at Value Plus, Kathy was next door at IGA. I always thought it would be nice to have that sister bond that Kelly, Kathy, and Kim had. My heart goes out to you all.
