Mary Margaret (Overman) McCoun, 99, of Terre Haute, IN, formerly of Springfield, OH, died Thursday evening in The Waters of Clinton where she had been for the last two years. She was born March 26, 1912 to Frank and Hattie Overman. Mary is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Tuttle and her husband Les, 2 grandchildren, Shelli Barnhart and her husband Doug, and Michael Tuttle, 2 great-grandchildren, Mason Tuttle and Olivia Barnhart. She was preceded in death by her husband Virgil and her son Michael. Graveside services will be held Monday, August 22, 2011, 11:30 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery, North Salem, IN with John Gossett officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of the donor’s choice or the Red Cross National Disaster Relief Fund.
