I am saddened by the news of John’s passing. I spoke with him recently and was inspired by his faith and peace. I have many fond memories of John but I think the one that stands out was around prom weekend. We were at Lake Wawasee for the weekend. John needed to be at Notre Dame for a graduation. A navigator John was not😉. I can’t remember how long it took him to get there and I’m pretty sure he missed graduation! I will miss John, but I will never forget John. Peace and comfort to his family .

When I think of John I always think of his kind soul. He was my neighbor growing up, always was over with his lawn mower/shovel to help me shovel the driveway without ever asking. He had an amazing positive outlook on life that made everyone smile. He’ll be truly missed!
