Noah was an exceptional person—intelligent, hard-working and a pleasure to work with. In my years on the IHRC, I was always impressed with his capabilities, and more importantly, I value our friendship. To his family and loved ones, thank you so much for sharing him with so many of us. Although his time was cut way too short, please cherish the memories of his life and the impact he made.

I just learned the sad news of Noah's passing. I had the honor of meeting Noah while I served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Horse Racing Commission Staff. Noah was always over-prepared, dilligent, and extremely respectful. Whenever Noah was involved I knew that I could count on him for a job well done. His opponents could also count on him being professional and extremely fair. May he rest in peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We're here when you need us most.

Julie and Family- I was heartbroken to learn of Noah's passing this morning. I acted as an attorney for the Indiana Horse Racing Commission for many years before Noah became a member of the Indiana Bar. Ultimately, it was my privilege to work with him when he became the Commission's General Counsel- and for the past few years (post-retirement) I served as a professional mentor and sounding board. Noah was a "quick study", a person of unquestionable integrity, and was in a very short time proving to be one of the finest attorneys to ever represent this particular state agency. He honored his family and those who loved him by the daily exercise of his professional excellence and his moral leadership. I will personally miss Noah very much. More importantly, Noah will be missed by the many members of the racing industry who were the beneficiaries of his professional talents, his expertise and his dedicated service to the State of Indiana. May your memories of this fine young man bring you comfort and joy in the days, months and years ahead. . .

Noah, working one-on-one with you has been an honor. We packed a lot into the few years we had together, and I consider myself fortunate for that time. While I know that all who worked alongside of you held you in high regard, your time with the IHRC was simply a steppingstone in your life’s journey onward. I know I am a much better person for having known you and your daily presence will be deeply missed.
