Sorry to hear about Pat passing. She was a dear and trusted friend. When I had not heard from Pat from Mother’s Day. I looked her up and found that she had passed. Had I known I definitely would have attended her going home services. Pat you will be missed

So many found memories come to mind with Momma Pat that it is hard to pick just one... -being the best last-minute babysitter to our children, taking them in as her own -making quilts for our first grandchildren without request or acceptance of pay -her smile with love shining through -the fondest for me, would have to be the day of Quinn and Dean's birth, 11/21/2021. Brittany and Michelle were both expecting, but none of us expected their babies on the same day! I believe God knew we all needed an emotional lift. At this time, Billie and Pat were both fighting their own cancer battles. These battles were taking a toll on them, and we all had many uncertainties. But this day was meant for celebration, God decided to allow for Quinn, who was not due for another month (or more) to be born on the same day as Dean. Despite Quinn's early arrival resulting in concerns for her health, she came into this world a fighter - just like her MaMaw & Uncle Billie. These births allowed for us to all be together and celebrate Thanksgiving as one family - my personal favorite Thanksgiving to date! Thanks for the memories, we love you...
