Robert John “Bob” Arnold

65 of Indianapolis, Indiana entered into the presence of his Savior, Jesus Christ, on Sunday, March 12, 2023 following a long hospitalization.

Bob was born November 26, 1957 in St. Charles, Illinois to John and Liesa Arnold. In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sheron (Ellis) Arnold, and daughter Britni Arnold of Brevard, North Caroline; siblings Beth (Bo) Hannah, Bruce (MaryAnn) Arnold, and Barbara (Bobby) Roper. Bob was known to his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews as Uncle fun. They hold fond memories of a loving uncle.

Bob was a 1975 graduate of Triton Central High School in Fairland, Indiana, and earned a degree in Business Economics from Indiana University in 1979. He graduated with a JD from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1982. Bob established a general law practice in Shelbyville County and provided counsel to his clients with diligence and compassion for over forty years. Bob held membership in the Shelby County and Indianapolis Bar Associations.

Bob was a talented musician and guitarist from early years, performing and composing songs. He used his gifts at many coffee houses, concert venues, camps, weddings and formal church services. He could play any song in any key. He was blessed, and he was a blessing.

Bob was a member and Elder at Southport Presbyterian Church, 7525 McFarland Blvd., Indianapolis, IN 46237, where family, friends and associates will gather on Saturday, March 25^th to celebrate a life well lived. A visitation will begin at 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm.
