I was privileged to be at Westvale school in the late '60s and Rod was the principal there...He made my job easier with total cooperation and humor...he was great w/the kids and his close knit teachers were a joy to be around..I never enjoyed such comradery again in any school of my 30 years...Thanks "Boss" My sincere condolences Bev..I always think of you two on the anniversary of the blizzard.!!!. I got to know Rod when I was his "guardian" on an Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. His love for country was only surpassed by his love for his wife and family.
