NEW CASTLE- Ronald Parnell “Parnelli” Stone, 58, of New Castle, Indiana died April 29, 2023 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis after an extended illness.
He was born August 5, 1964 in New Castle, Indiana and was a longtime resident.
Parnelli was an artist, dancer and clothes designer. He was the “biggest” Cher fan and Olivia Newton John fan as well. He loved being around his “baby boys”, his nephews.
Survivors include his mother, Karen Diane Martin; siblings, Michael L. Dudley, Christy Asberry, Brenda Young, Ronnie Stone, Jr., Hazel Stone and Bridgette Martin; nieces, Megan and Shelby; nephews, Jordan, Jacob and Ryan; and great nephews, Wyatt, Brayde and Greyson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Stone, Sr.; sister, Daneille Martin; niece, Sadie Gideon; and grandparents, Lester and Marion Dudley and Carl and Hazel (Zachary) Stone.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023 at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Wilkinson, Indiana. Burial will follow in Harlan Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, May 5, 2023 at the funeral home.
