Russell E. Cartee Jr., 75, died February 15, 2015 at his home on East Tygart Road. Survivors include his children and their spouses: Rusty and Jenni Cartee of Indianapolis, IN; Zack and Rae Cartee of Greenwood, IN; Josh and Hali Cartee of Richmond, IN; siblings: William F. and Charlotte Cartee of Phoenix, AZ; Bette Keen of Maloneton, KY; Ronald and Diane Cartee of Ashland, KY; grandchildren: Chris, Jordan, Grace, Ramsey, Daniel, and Lucas; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.Preceding him in death are his parents: Russell and Grace Cartee; sister and brother-in-law: Kathryn and Frank Secrest; daughter: Bethany Ann Cartee.A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
