We grieve this loss with all of the family. Our precious "Aunt Jinny" was a truly remarkable person. She charmed us from the time we were young with her loving attention, expressed by cards, notes, little gifts and lots of smiles and hugs. She was a great hostess - her house was always decorated for the season and a welcoming place. When our stepfather passed away, Aunt Jinny stepped up to care for our mom, Betty, at 1903 Broadway. For 22-months, Jinny led Betty to improve from the dementia that had assailed Mom's brilliant mind. Everyone who visited, and even a doctor, were impressed with Jinny's care-giving talents. She miss be sorely missed and forever remembered.

Bill Harris left a message on November 12, 2022:
I was named for Jinny's husband Bill who was my Dad's brother. Jinny was my loving Aunt who was always cheery and positive. I don't think I ever saw her any other way. She tried to see the best in everyone she met. She was loved by my wife and daughters too and we all had a grand time when we got together. She lovingly cared for my Mom in her own home shortly before she passed. I know she gave her joy. We all will miss her. With love, The Harris Family
