Terry Crist, 55 years old of Cloverdale, IN, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2016 in St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. He was born February 29, 1960 in Sullivan, IN, son of Larry and Phyllis (Street) Crist. He was a member of Masonic Lodge and the Hazelrigg F&AM 200 Lodge. He is survived by his father, Larry Crist, girlfriend, Mary Hickman, sons, Ryan Crist of Limedale, IN, Dustin (Amber) Crist of Greencastle and Sean (Angie) Lynch of Indianapolis, daughters, Taree (Aaron) Cavazos of Terre Haute and Candie (David) Waymon, KY, sister, Sherry (Mark) Spencer of Jamestown, brother, Gerry Crist of Ladoga, and grandchildren, Justin Weiskittel of Indianapolis, Shelby Lynch of Greenwood, Cassandra Ellingsworth of Terre Haute, Destinee Call of Greencastle, Andrew York of Greencastle, Trevor Ellingsworth of Terre Haute, Kolby Crist of Fillmore, Tristan Norman of Greencastle and Ashton Crist of Greencastle, niece Jordan Crist and nephew, Brandon Crist. He was preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Crist and wife, Patricia Crist. Family and friends will gather Thursday, January 21, 2016, 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Service will be held immediately following at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Harlan Kincade officiating. Terry will be laid to rest in the Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Terry to the Crist family. Terry and I were in alot of classes in school. Terry was good and trusting friend. It's hard to believe all these years we never hung out. Wish we had.
