Danny “Red” Watring, 65, of Anderson passed away on June 6, 2022 at his residence surrounded by family. Red was born on August 19, 1956 in Sedalia, Missouri to the late James and Lenora (Williams) Gee. He worked for Bucks Rubbish for a number of years. Red was Elvis’ number one fan and loved his music. He enjoyed fishing, biking, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts. Most importantly, Red loved spending time with his family and friends.

Red will be dearly missed by his children, Scott Trueblood, Ronald Shaw, and Renee Watring; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Bowman, Harley Trueblood, Dalton Trueblood, and Cahlen Trueblood; and his sisters, Frances Allen and Judy Lane.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Dale Williams, Gale Williams, Sue Scott, and Stella Pettis.

Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be a burial at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Service & Crematory.

To Danny's family. I just became aware of Danny's Passing and I am saddened to hear this news. We were friends back several years ago and I enjoyed playing pool with him at the "Golden Palms" on Broadway and just getting rowdy as we did when we were in our younger years.
