Vicky Lynn Christian

Vicky Lynn Christian, 65, of Shirley, Indiana passed away on the evening of August 29, 2022.

She was born December 16, 1956 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. The daughter of the late Thomas and Phyllis (Chapman) Wybiral.

Vicky was a loving mother, Memaw, nanny, and friend who always placed family first. She spent her entire life helping to take care of others and was loved by so many. Her kindness and generosity were felt by anyone that knew her. She was the definition of selfless.

Vicky was an excellent cook. She enjoyed spending time with her family, attending the grandchildren’s sporting events, shopping, and football season!

Survivors include her children; Terry (Trisha) Atkins of Charlottesville, Toby (Lorraine) Atkins of Knightstown, Tony (Melissa) Atkins of Shirley, Wade (Mitzi) Christian of Franklin, Indiana and Carlynn (Franz) Feierbach of Salt Lake City, Utah; grandchildren, Parker and Addison Atkins, Alec and Jackson Atkins, Olivia Strickland, Brooklyn and Bri Atkins, Cassidy Ozbun, Lilly Atkins, and Mara Feierbach; great grandchild, Anova Ozbun; and brother, Dave (Kim) Wybiral.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack Christian; daughter, Jessica Atkins; brother, Tom Wybiral; and uncle, Jim Chapman.

Services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at Condo & St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, 130 S. Main St., Wilkinson, Indiana. Burial will follow in McCray Cemetery, Wilkinson.

Visitation from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at the funeral home.
