Mark Cesnik, age 76, of Greenwood, passed away unexpectedly September 28, 2024. He was born May 7, 1948, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Martin and Betty Cesnik.
Mark is survived by his wife almost 51 years, Sharon, one son, Christopher Cesnik, of Franklin, Indiana, one daughter, Kelly Cesnik of Greenwood, two grandsons, three sisters, two brothers, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, a sister and a brother.
Mark was an Army veteran of the VietNam War. Before retiring he most recently worked for 23 plus years for the Richard L. Roudebush V.A. Medical Center.
A celebration of life will be held at University Heights United Methodist Church
4002 Otterbein Avenue, Indianapolis on Saturday, October 26 at 11:00 AM with calling one hour prior to the service.
Memorials may be made to the church or to the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.
