Dorothy E Moore, of Danville, IN, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Charles P and Beulah Stanton Simon. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Lizton, IN. Surviving are daughter, Nancy (Richard) Doughty, son, Dennis (Brenda) Moore, sisters, Barbara Simon and Linda (Robert) Hancock, brother, Charles (Wanda) Simon, grandchildren, Diana (David) Baldwin, Daniel Doughty, Darren Doughty, Skylee (Robert) Cooper, and Cam Moore and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ora Moore, brothers, John Simon and Gordon Simon and sister, Betty Lieske. Family and friends will gather Wednesday, July 10, 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, North Salem, Indiana. Services will be held at the funeral home, Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Toby Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery.
