Jerry L. Couch, Sr. 55 passed away January 1, 2015. He was a resident of Indianapolis. He was born February 4, 1959 in Manchester, Kentucky to the late James Couch and Martha (Collins) Couch Shields.

He married Terry (Grooms) Couch on February 15, 1986 and she survives. He is also survived by his children, Jerry L. (Ashley) Couch, Jr. , Jesse L. (Shen�) Couch, and Joshua Cole Couch; grandchildren, Aaliyah Couch, Kylie Jo Couch, Jerry Couch III, Jesse James Couch, Jr., and Annabelle Couch; siblings, Barbara Brown, Patty Sanders, Donnie Couch, Helen Sayers, and Tammy Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Wayne Willoughby.

Jerry was an asphalt paver operator for Calumet Civil Contractors for 21 years.

He enjoyed working on old cars, riding his Harley, and playing with his grandchildren.

A service will be conducted at 10:00am Tuesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Chapel of the Chimes, 1234 Prospect St, Indianapolis. Friends may call from 4:00-8:00pm Monday at the funeral home. Jerry will be laid to rest in New Crown Cemetery.
