Michael Joe McKinsey, 66 years old of Spring City, TN, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 5, 1943 in Noblesville, IN, son of the late Charles McKinsey, Sr. and Lois McCormick McKinsey. He married Linda Gill in April 1983. She survives. He served in the US Navy and was a member of the Spring City American Legion. He worked as a truck driver for CRST Trucking Co. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his sons, Tony Long of Spring City, TN and Tim Long of Greencastle, IN, daughter, Tonya (John) Boze of Peculiar, MO, brothers, Charles McKinsey, Jr. of Crawfordsville, Larry (Wilma) McKinsey of Ladoga and Jerry (Terri) McKinsey of Greenwood and 8 grandchildren. Friends will be received Saturday, February 20, 10:00-11:30 a.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Graveside services will follow at the Ladoga Cemetery, Ladoga, Indiana, at 12:00 noon with James Walters officiating. Online condolences may be made at www.robertporterfuneralhome.com
