Donald “Donnie” D. Klein, 75, passed away December 28, 2023. Donnie was born on August 6, 1948 in Elwood, IN to the late Herbert and Martha “Peg” (Newell) Klein.

Donnie was married to the love of his life, Marlene Klein, for 34 years. He was a hard worker for General Motors/Guide Lamp as a tool and die maker. In his free time, Donnie enjoyed bowling, boating and going to the beach.

Donnie will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Marlene Klein; son, Shannon Klein; brother, Ronald (Elaine) Klein; nephews, Shawn Klein, Scott Klein, and Brandon Klein; and great-nephew Brayton Thomas.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Barbara Thomas; and nephews, Todd Klein and Brian Thomas.

Cremation has been entrusted to Wilson St. Pierre-Lahm Chapel. No visitation or services, per his request.
