Elizabeth A. “Sam” Myers born July 20, 1938 passed away peacefully at home on October 8, 2014. She was 76 and born in Louisville, Kentucky but raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Broad Ripple High School.She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth “Libby” Noll and Donna Neville, 5 grandsons: Kenneth E. Sims, Christopher A. (Jessica) Sims, Shawn M. (Anna) Noll, Austin J. (Cara) Sims and Matthew J. Noll, as well as 2 Great Granddaughters Brooklyn Claire and Isabella Rose. Sam worked as a Cost Accountant for Delta Faucet and Meijer.Sam loved her family and friends dearly and enjoyed reading, flower arranging, bird watching, gardening and spending time with her wonderful friends at Meredith Meadows Senior Community whom she considered family. Sam will be greatly missed for her straightforward candor, delightfully sharp sense of humor and the love she gave to all.Memorial Services will be held at Meredith Meadows Senior Community Saturday October 11, 2014 at 12:00 pm and a private gathering for family and close friends will be held at an undetermined date.Arrangements have been entrusted to Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis.
