Emma Eleanor Wingham, 88, passed away August 27, 2016.� She was a resident of Greenwood.� She was born June 18, 1928 in Friendship, Indiana to the late Walter and Prudence (Heitmeyer) Linkmeyer.Her memory and legacy will carry on through her husband, William Wingham; daughters, Mary (James) Oxley and Jill (Richard) Miller; grandchildren, Olivia (Craig) Reed, Daniel (Carly) Wingham, Hannah Miller, and Ryne Miller; great grandchildren, Isabella, Ian Noah, Kate and Stella Reed and Lincoln Wingham.Emma was preceded in death by her son, Mark Wingham and granddaughter, Kate Oxley.A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Greenwood, 99 W. Main St., Greenwood.� Friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. until the service time Wednesday at the church.In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in Emma’s memory to First Baptist Church of Greenwood.Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care.
