Dustin, our son Cory and I loved Florence and Lindt. Dustin has known them a lot longer than I did. Loved spending time at their house and having conversations with Florence. When Lindys health started to decline we would go over and help with yard work. I looked forward to those days. Florence believed everyone needed a front porch. We'd sit and talk while the men worked. She had the most colorful wardrobe and a purse to match. Her house was showroom quality and full of her colorful personality. She taught me about when to prune the roses and mums. I've forgotten most of it but she was full of advice. We've missed her down home but I'm so glad she made the move to be with her family. πŸ’•

Please accept my condolences to Florence's family. She and her parents were our neighbors on Angle Road. I remember Florence sometimes being a seatmate on the school bus. So sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry to hear of Florence's passing. We were grade school friends and graduated together in 1956. Spent many nights out on the farm near Pendleton. A memory she and I have laughed over many times was one evening when we were still in grade school, Florence came to my house for supper. She didn't like green beans BUT my dad made her sit at the dinner table until she ate all of them. She never came for supper again!. Your entire family is in my prayers and thoughts
