Floyd C. Troth

Floyd C. Troth, 89 years old of Lebanon, IN, died Monday, February 19, 2007 in St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, IN. He was born September 2, 1917 in Boone Co., Indiana, son of the late Estal E. Troth and Esther Willoughby. He was a member of Speedway Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), long time member of Speedway Lions Club, Cub Scout & Boy Scout Leader, & National Assoc. of Secondary School Principals. He worked as a Teacher for Advance High School and was a teacher and principal at Speedway High School for over 36 years. Surviving are his wife, Erna G. Troth and sons, Dennis L. Troth of Greencastle, IN, Jack E. Troth of Dale, IN, daughters, Marcia Arnold of Lima ,OH, and Cheryl Nicolet of Ft. Wayne, IN, 7 Grandchildren, 6 Great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his first wife Helen K.Troth and daughter Karen E. Stover. Friends will be received Friday, February 23, 12:00 pm-2:00 pm at Speedway Christian Church, 5110 W. 14th Street, Speedway, Indiana.. Services will be held at Speedway Christian Church, Friday, February 23, 2007 at 2:00 pm with Son-in-Law Rev. V.J. Stover officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Union Cemetery, Jamestown, Indiana. Contributions may be made in memory of Floyd C.
