Frances Marie Stone, age 99, of Indianapolis, passed away on December 9, 2021. She was born on October 6, 1922 in Monticello, Indiana, to William and Emma Rains, both of whom precede her in death. She married Charles Stone on June 14, 1946, and together they enjoyed 70 years of marriage. He also precedes her in death. She worked as a bookkeeper and accountant who liked cooking, sewing, music and dancing. Her faith was a very important part of her life. She is survived by her son: Mark Stone; daughter: Lisa (Tom) Zurschmeide; grandson: Walker (Sarah) Zurschmeide; granddaughter: Shelby Zurschmeide; and great-grandchildren: Sadie Zurschmeide, and Sam Zurschmeide.There are no services scheduled at this time.Arrangements are in the care of Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis Chapel.
