James “Herb” Smith, 54, of Greenwood, passed away April 15, 2016.� He was born March 31, 1962 in Indianapolis to the late Billy Joe and Nancy Karen (Kinney) Smith.� He married Sophia (Williams) Smith on May 28, 1999.Survivors include wife Sophia Smith; daughter Lindsey N. Williams-Smith; brother Jeffrey (Rebecca) Smith; sister Rhonda (Bruce) Pierce; granddaughter Zoey J. Sallee; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.Visitation will be 4 – 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 19 at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Ave., Indianapolis 46227.� Services will be 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 20 at the funeral home.
