John D Paul, 88 years old, born March 6, 1924, of Lebanon, IN, died Thursday, February 14, 2013 in Roudebush VA Medical Center. Surviving are his wife Virginia Paul, daughters, Carol Miller of Larkwood, WA, Karen Jean Hieston of Dallas, TX, and Sharon Kay (David) Grego of Indianapolis, sons, Phillip R Paul of New Brunswick and John Richard (Bonnie) Paul of Choctaw, OK. He was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law, Greg Miller and daughter-in-law, Virginia L Paul. Friends and family will gather on Sunday, February 17, 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Services will be held at the funeral home, Monday, February 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Paul will be laid to rest in the Jamestown I.O.O.F. Cemetery immediately following military rites.
