Joseph Ray Smith, 54 years old of Indianapolis, IN, died Saturday, August 18, 2007 in Wishard Hospital. He was born August 29, 1952 in Hendricks County, son of William Smith and Vivian Land. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church. He worked as a custodian for a construction company. Surviving are mother, Vivian Land Andrew Smith of Sheridian Sons, Joseph Hamilton, Michael Smith and Wayne Smith, of Clermont, brothers, James Boler, Larry Smith, David Smith, Robert Andrew, Thomas Andrew, and Gary Andrew, . He was preceded in death by his father, William Smith, a son, Bobby Hamilton and a brother Michael Smith. Friends will be received 10.00am until noon Wednesday, August 22 at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana.
