Joe was my buddy. He, Carol and Riley have been part of my life for decades. I've also come to know Kelly, Troy and Brian and love them too. His smile is what I will always remember, such a kind and genuine man. I loved him dearly. Joe Riley loved his country and would always fight for what is right. AMVETS, Legion and any other group that Joe was associated with have truly lost a great American Hero!!
