She is survived by her husband, Harjit Singh; children, Ashley Hall, Kara Slick; grandchildren, Kylee Carpenter, Skylar Hubbard; mother, Dianne Borski, sisters, Kimberly (Bruce) Moore, Kellie Campbell, Kaylan (Eddie) Van Vleet; brother, Kevin (Martina) Slick. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Slick; step-father, Daniel Borski; brother, Ken Slick.Memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis 7520 Madison Ave. Indianapolis, IN 46227 with calling starting at 11:00 AM until service time.
