Kenneth Clayton Dickerson, 70 years old of Jamestown, IN, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at his residence. He was born September 18, 1939 in Indianapolis, IN, son of the late Walter and Cora (Duncan) Dickerson. He married Judy Canada on December 3, 1967 at Old Union Church. She survives. He was a member of Bethel Methodist Church and attended Advance Community Christian Church. He was the president of the Boone Co. Breeders & Feeders, was a Boone Co. 4-H volunteer a member of the Boone Co. Tractor Club and a parade enthusiast. He loved to travel with his wife and friends. He was a life long farmer in Jackson Township and hauled livestock. Surviving are his wife, Judy Dickerson, sons, Doug (Angie) Dickerson and Dane (Stacy) Dickerson, grandchildren, Justin Dickerson, Gracie Dickerson, Nola Rae Dickerson and sister, Dolores (Jack) Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Keith Dickerson. Friends will be received Sunday, February 14, 2:00-8:00 p.m. at the Advance Community Christian Church, Advance, Indiana. Services will be held at Advance Community Christian Church, Monday, February 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Derrick Jackson and Raymond Duff officiating. Interment will follow in the Old Union Cemetery, Jamestown, Indiana.
