Kenneth Earl Brissey Jr.

Kenneth Earl Brissey, age 77, of New Castle, passed away on December 5, 2021. He was born in Indianapolis on November 30, 1944 to Kenneth and Carolina Brissey. He graduated from Ben Davis High School, and retired from IMI after 32 years of service. He was known as a family man who liked to go camping, boating, fishing, watching the Indianapolis Colts play, and playing his guitar. He loved to have gatherings for his friends and family, and always seemed to have a hog roasting for them. Kenneth was a past member of the Greenwood Moose Lodge 2079, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Beech Grove.He is survived by his sons: Tim Brissey, and Roger (Melinda) Tull; daughter-in-law: Tonya Brissey; partner: Elsie Mae Rush, and her daughter: Carrie Cook; brothers: Roger Brissey, and Thomas Brissey; grandchildren: Cody Brissey, Madison Tull, Alexis Tull, Austin (Alyzabeth) Brissey, Jacob Brissey, Morgan Brissey, Logan Brissey, Elizabeth Brissey, and Gavin Brissey; great-grandchildren: Cory, Charlie, Brooklyn, and Elowyn. Kenneth is preceded in death by his son: Randy Brissey; grandson: Zach Brissey; his former wife: Patricia Jackson; as well as his best friend and loyal canine companion: Wally.A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis Chapel. 7520 Madison Ave. Arrangements are in the care of Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, Indianapolis Chapel.
