John Beville left a message on March 19, 2024:
Adams family: My sincere condolences on the passing of sweet Mary. I spent many Sundays in church with both her and George. I still remember wishing them a good morning as I walked into church and saw them at Greenwood United Methodist back in the 70s and 80s. I am the son of Mike Beville and grandson of Warren and Helen Beville who were dear friends of George and Mary for so many decades. I look forward to seeing them all in heaven together with the Lord in the future. God bless your family and I wish you comfort in moving forward with your loss.

Mary was very hard working and responsible staff member in the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI. I remember her warm smile, grace, and willingness to help our students, faculty, and the general public.

Mary was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Together, she and George were such an inspiration to the Life Builders class. Mary was greatly admired for her quiet ways and humble demeanor. She was so thankful for any kindness that was shown to her. She was a treasure. My sincere condolences to the family.

Mary and George were two of the sweetest people I’ve known in my lifetime! I’ve known them from CCG and Southland as well as our Lifebuilder’s class. They were both such an “inspiration” to all of us and I’m truly “Blessed” to have called them my friends.
