Nicole Lynn Apple, 37, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2015, at her home. She was born August 9, 1977. She graduated from Hamilton Heights High School. She is survived by her son, Vladimire Bush; mother and step-father, Martha (Poppy) and Rick Moore of Ypsilanti, Michigan; father and step-mother, Charles and Jane Apple of Arcadia; siblings, Rochelle and Cameron Apple; step-siblings, Randy Craft and Kris May; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She will be sorely missed and forever loved by family and friends. A Celebration Of Life will be held Friday, July 10, from 4:00 – 9:00 PM at Winding Ridge Golf Club, 5450 Bogey Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46235. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to a trust fund set up for Nicole’s son, Vlad. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care in Indianapolis.
