Norma Lou Trent, 86 years old of Lebanon, IN, died Sunday, January 29, 2012 at her residence. She was born August 20, 1925 in North Salem, IN, daughter of the late Virgil and Katherine Glave Buckingham Pratt. She married Walter Trent on December 5, 1942. He preceded her in death in 1985. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, fishing and camping. Surviving are daughters, Betsy (Jack) Thomas of Yuma, AZ, Donna Parker of Lebanon and Betty (Don) Russell of Jamestown, sons, Gary (Sandy) Trent of Ladoga and Danny (Sandy) Trent of Jamestown, son-in-law, Bill Johnson, brother, Harold Buckingham of Mechanicsburg, sister, Linda Patterson of Lebanon, sister-in-law, Ada Glass of Franklin, 18 grandkids, 40 great-grandkids, 22 great-great grandkids and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her step-father, Jesse Pratt, daughter, Judy Johnson, grandkids, Jeremy Trent, Terri Jill Parker and Anthony Parker, sisters, Dorothy Jones and Maxine Vidito and brothers, William Buckingham and Wayne Buckingham. Friends will be received Wednesday, February 1, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Services will be held at Porter Funeral Home, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Chaplain David Clayton officiating. Interment will follow in the New Ross Cemetery, New Ross, Indiana.
