Anita Hill left a message on September 28, 2023:
My deepest sympathies to all the Canters in their loss of a husband, father, cousin, and friend. I knew Ralph (as we called him!) from IPL. I met him when he managed the Steam division. I was brought in as a temp back then. I think I temped with him and the whole Steam team for 3-4 months before he helped me get hired as a permanent IPL employee in a differing department. For several months thereafter, he followed up to be sure I was fitting in okay: That’s just the kind man he was. I’d see him from time to time on this “Southside” of Indy, and we could chat forever. Nice, nice man. Again, I’m sorry for your mourning.
