Richard Williams 75, Indianapolis, passed away February 18, 2015. He was born May 2, 1939 in Indianapolis to the late Frank and Ina (Gray) Williams. Richard was an U.S. Army veteran and he volunteered at Damar, The Villages, and Garden City School. He is survived by his sister Sandra Mudd; niece Kellie (Jeff) Rumple; nephew Mike (Billy) Williams; great nieces Morgan Rumple and Laura Williams; great nephews Corey (Stacy) Williams and Jacob Rumple; great great nieces Nevaeh and Ariyah; great great nephew Haiden and Xander.
