Richard M. Wilson (Dennie), 74 years old of Jamestown, IN, died Friday, June 15, 2007 in St. Vincent Hospital. He was born June 14, 1933 in New Ross, Indiana, son of the late John R. Wilson and Lois E. (Meade) Wilson. He was a member of Jamestown Christian Church, Scottish Rite Indianapolis and F.A.M. 200. He worked at Allison Transmission as a Quality Engineer for 44 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and classic automobiles. He was a crew chief for M N W Racing. He loved being with his family and friends and going to sporting events of his grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Patricia A. Wilson of Jamestown, mother, Lois E Wilson, sons, Richard M. Wilson Jr.of Jamestown, Jimmy V. Wilson of Danville, IN, Troy Wilson and wife Trudie of Jamestown, daughter, Cathy Whitlatch and husband Rick of Lebanon, IN, sister, Dee Solomon of Jamestown, and 10 Grandchildren. Friends will be received Tuesday, June 19, 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Porter Funeral Home, Jamestown, Indiana. Services will be held at Porter Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with Harlan Kincaid officiating. Interment will follow in the Jamestown I.O.O.F.
