Robert J. McCormick, 62 passed away January 30, 2016. He was a resident of Greenwood. He was born July 19, 1953 in Streator, Illinois to the late James and Rosalia (Wertz) McCormick.Robert married Jane McCormick on July 4, 1998 and she lovingly survives. He is also survived by his children, Eric (Jen) McCormick, Kelly (Amen) Kester, and Stephenie McCormick; step children, Brandon Enerson, Philip (Della) Enerson, Teya Enerson and Amy (Josh) Taylor; 11 grandchildren; 7 siblings; and one half brother. He was preceded in death by a brother.Robert retired as a carpenter from Pepper Construction. He was a member of E.A.A. and Carpenters Local #301.Friends may visit from 4:00-6:00 P.M. and following the services until 8:00 P.M. Friday, February 5, 2016 at Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care, 7520 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46227. A service will be conducted at 6:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.Memorial contributions may be made in Robert’s memory to his family
