My condolences to the family of Robert and Tommie. I have little memories of them since I was so young when I knew them but I know they were very special friends to my parents. I do remember as a 5 year-old crying that I missed them after we moved away. Rejoicing they are with Jesus now but sorry for your loss.

As I set here in front of my computer looking at the photo of Robert the memories of the years and experiences I shared with him flood my mind. Robert was my friend, my fellow-servant, my encourager, but most of all he was to me an inspiration. I greatly valued Robert's ministry insight and his willingness to share those insights with me. I was, and will always be, the beneficiary of his kind compliments and his gentle Christian example. To all the family members, I pray you will find peace and comfort in the knowledge that Robert has "received the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love Him."
