Met Ron when I was just starting out in the warehouse of V-Line Corporation and have to admit he was one of the best. He always seemed upbeat and with a smile. Was always a pleasure talking to him and if you really listened you probably learned something in those couple minutes. Like all that had the pleasure of knowing him Ron became dear to your heart and just like family. Ron my friend keep the wood stove hot and I will bring the gizzards and hot sauce. Rest in peace my dear friend your home. Ed Simpson
James H. Stroman left a message on March 26, 2024:
Ron was the brother that I never had. He was the son of my Mothers sister, my cousin, friend, prayer partner; we hunted together, double-dated together, prayed together; studied the Bible together, laughed together, wept together and fished together. I shall miss him until we meet in the resurrection. Some of the scriptures we shared: Philipppians 1:21 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Galatians 2:20- I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.Philippians 2:13 3 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. We agreed God Almighty was working in our lives to do HIS good pleasure and He would finish the work in the resurrection. AMEN
