Ronald Lloyd Shingleton, Jr., age 64, of Indianapolis, passed away April 7, 2024. He was born in Indianapolis on October 14, 1959 to Ronald and Juanita Shingleton, both of whom preceded him in death. He enjoyed collecting model cars in his younger years, and had a special relationship with animals, especially dogs, who would follow him around even if they weren’t his.
Ronnie is survived by his siblings: Rhonda (Jay Daugherty) Daugherty, Robin (Sterling) Horton, Reene Wood, Russell (Michelle) Shingleton, Robert (Christina) Shingleton; nieces and nephews: Rodney Shingleton, Jade Daugherty, Russell (Maritza) Shingleton, Brook Wood, Heather Shingleton, Justin Shingleton; as well as an aunt: Nancy Pierce.
He is also preceded in death by one aunt: Mary Gillespie.
The family will hold a private celebration of life.
