Terry Ann Long

Terry Ann Rickelman Long, 67, passed away Friday evening, December 11 at her residence in Greenwood.She was born March 26, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN to Thomas Albert Rickelman & Judith Ann Chadwick Rickelman. She married Curtis Long on August 6, 1982 at Fairhaven Christian Church in Trafalgar. He survives. Survivors also include a daughter Michelle Straumins of Greenwood, Brian (Amanda) Archer of Indianapolis, five grandchildren, Alix Mikaela Straumins, Caleb Michael Archer, Leah Michelle Straumins, Levi Samuel Archer, Isaac Nathaniel Archer; two brothers, Charles Rickelman of Elwood, IN and Michael “Tommy” Rickelman of Mooresville; and one sister, Mary Ruth Parrish of Indianapolis. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Wonda Linville.Terry graduated from Decatur Central High School in Indianapolis.She was a member of Bluff Creek Christian Church.Terry spent most of her time dedicated to her grandchildren. She used to be active with a bowling league, and enjoyed cake decorating, gardening, and word puzzles.Due to limited attendees and COVID protocols, a private gathering for the family will take place, with burial at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
